NotOnlyHere exists to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where people can share, listen, and support each other. These guidelines help protect that space so everyone can feel safe.

Be Kind & Respectfu l: Treat others with empathy. Avoid insults, name-calling, or attacks.
Protect Privacy : Do not share others’ personal information. Respect confidentiality and anonymity.
No Harassment or Hate : Harassment, threats, or discriminatory language based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any protected characteristic is prohibited.
No Spam or Self-Promotion : Avoid unsolicited promotion, advertising, or posting repetitive content.
Content Warnings : If you post about sensitive topics (self-harm, abuse, trauma), include a clear content warning.
Seek Consent : Before inviting someone to a private conversation or sharing someone’s post externally, get permission.
Use Anonymous Mode Responsibly : Anonymity is for safe sharing — not for breaking rules or evading accountability.
